Team Dream Academy Scholarship Program

The Team Dream Academy Scholarship Program is open to all current and alumni members that meet certain criteria listed in the following ‘General Scholarship Guidelines’

General Scholarship Guidelines

• Applicant must be a graduating High School Senior showing proof of enrollment at a 2yr- or 4yr college or university
• Applicant must maintain a minimum cumulative weighted grade point average of 2.5 on a 4.0 scale

Applicant must: 

• Submit an online application
• Complete the application’s essay; and 
• Submit a current transcript 

All application materials must be received by the applicable deadline.

Applicant Responsibilities:

Applicant granted a multi-year scholarship who fails to meet the GPA criteria will be placed on Academic Probation and have one semester, to come into compliance.

• If Applicant fails to come into compliance may make a written appeal for additional support by presenting and implementing a plan to come into compliance. 
• Should the applicant granted a multi-year scholarship not submit a plan or if the plan is rejected, the student could be removed from the Program and another student who meets the Program criteria could be selected to complete the term of the scholarship.
• Applicant granted a scholarship will be encouraged to participate in a minimum of two (2) sports.
• Applicant granted a scholarship must participate in at least two community service & fundraising activities every school calendar year.

Mandatory Tutoring for All Scholarship Awardees

• Student must enroll in their school’s tutoring program and attend sessions on a regularly scheduled basis.
